This is a senior center and fitness/wellness center for ages 50+. I bought my parents a membership here a number of years ago. It's a great place! Clean and well-maintained. There is the fitness/wellness aspect (i.e., a gym). Pool, hot tub, locker rooms. Plus a cardio and weight machine room, and a stretching room with stretching tables, hand weights, foam rollers, etc. Additional room has indoor pickleball and basketball as well as group classes. Has a full schedule of group fitness classes both on the ground and in the pool. The trainers are good and walk around available to help people -- it doesn't cost extra! In fact, they'll even stop by if they see you doing something that isn't quite right to see if they can help. In addition to the fitness center / gym, they also sponsor trips to see shows as well as vacation trips. There are spaces to play games and puzzles, watch TV, etc. It's a good place to spend time and make friends, in addition to getting/keeping fit. Staff seems friendly and helpful. They partner with Silver Sneakers, which can greatly reduce the price. It's open mornings and afternoons. It's not open at night, so this isn't a place to go after work.

Shortly after the first of the year, I stopped here to make an appointment to get my taxes done . I was told at the time they weren't yet set up to make appointments and to check back at the end of the month, which I also did . Same thing, come back the following week and they'd give me an appointment . Well, when I called them, which was then the first of February, I was told that all slots were filled , and that basically, I was out of luck . I tried for a month to get an apppointment only to find they had squeezed me out, pretty much when I wasn't looking . And to make matters worse, the woman on the phone got snotty with me when I expressed my dismay . Very poor business practices and, therefore, wouldn't recommend these people to anyone !...Larry in Northand, Lima .

Wonderful facility. Organization needs to find a better way to communicate pool closures with members. Otherwise, check place out!!!

The center is indeed a great great place for seniors in our area. The range and quality of its programs, its terrific staff, and outstanding facilities make it a trifecta supreme. I personally use the pool regularly and it is maintained to a world class level and is the site of a wide variety of aquatic classes.

This place is a jewel for Lima seniors. They have great trips and an awesome facility. Jackie and Betsy are incredible.
