I ordered a phone from this company (known as "411PhoneDude" on ebay) and despite offering free returns, and also sending me a defective phone, they only refunded me 50% after returning the phone (putting me out about $350). Ebay notified me that they are aware of this vendor's shady practices. Hopefully they take action before anyone else loses money from this vendor.

Ordered a phone that was advertised as fully functional but used good condition. When I got the phone I was not satisfied with how bad it looked. I sent the phone back and they only gave a partial refund until I started a case with ebay. The phone had dirt inside the phone and on the INSIDE of the camera lenses. I wasn't going to leave a review since I got my money back. That changed when they had the audacity to try and refuse the refund again, AFTER they issued it, and instructed me to talk to ebay if I wanted my money. So be warned a "fully functional" used phone from them looks like garbage even if it cost $600.

I ordered a Samsung S pen from this seller on EBAY. I never got it. They do not answer me when I have direct messaged them. Currently trying to get me money back through Pay Pal. They go by "411 Phone Dude" on EBAY. Avoid!

I have since the 16th of this month of July 2024, reporting to them through back market that my phone a Samsung A03s did not arrive it says that it was delivered to the mailbox but the package is not there, I have tried to communicate through back market with them but they do not answer me

Yeah so I ordered a moto Z4 and it said there was a light Shadow over the screen well I can't even see the screen and this is the worst experience from buying something what's sad is that you knew the product was like when they stent

There was a mishap in the packaging department for my order placed on amazon - I was sent the wrong phone because of a mislabeled box - easy mistake, easy fix. Amazon was giving me an absolute headache with the return process. I decided to call Radio Hospital directly, and had the pleasure of speaking with Kim first. It wasn’t her department, but she took ample notes and relayed my message to the right person. Matt called me by that afternoon and did a wonderful job resolving the issue. We’ve ordered phones from them in the past and always have a great experience with our purchase. I’ll definitely use them again in the future, just maybe not through Amazon now that I have their direct info! Thanks a lot guys - you have amazing customer service and response time!!

Radio Hospital sells on Amazon under the alias "perfectly professional". I ordered a phone that was advertised as unlocked. Instead I received a phone locked on Verizon and unusable. Upon calling Verizon they told me that the phone belongs to an active account. They refused to take responsibility claiming "it was a mistake" despite the box being affixed with return inspection stickers on 11/16/22 and 12/01/22 and a VZW Item code. I asked them to provide a prepaid return label and to this writing I have not received anything. I advise staying away from this business.
