Bought a Lenovo IdeaPad yesterday for my father. It was a used device packaged as a new one as indicated by the Lenovo site that said the warranty was already 8 months old. First they wanted to run diagnostics and give us a used item for the price of a new item. The store manager, Dan Tucker, would only refund the item as per store policy although we spent over 6 hours trying to make the defective laptop work. Would not even consider any other options. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. SELLS DEFECTAVE USED PRODUCTS AS NEW AND DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER

OfficeMax is lucky to have him, and I will definitely be returning for future office needs, hoping to receive advice from Aaron again.

We went through four people that do not know how to make copies and bind a document. They are all trying to teach each other on my time. I would stir clear. I guess this is what I get for trying to do work on a Sunday. I found a office chair and relaxed.
