Jim and Max were very helpful when we arrived. My sister had her vehicle serviced on Wed. 2/22/23. It would be helpful if once your vehicle is serviced, the staff person returning the vehicle would clearly inform the customer where to find the keys. My sister & I had to ask several employees where to find the keys, only to learn they'd been left at the service desk.

Took a friend there to get their oil change They were quit fast and proficient That's all I know of this facility. But I would recommend them for an oil change. Every Tuesday synthetic oil Change only $35.

I WENT TO REINEKE NISSAN SERVICE DEPT WEDNESDAY FOR AN OIL CHANGE, ALSO ROTATED MY TIRES, NEW WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADE, NEW FILTER IN AND I WAS IN AND OUT QUICKLY. TOOK OFF IN MY CAR FELT LIKE A NEW RIDE.

I came here a while back for only one reason: both my key fobs needed new batteries. Could I have purchased them myself and put them in.... Probably.... i didn't though. I walked in and was directed to their service area. I made the line and was helped by someone within 5 minutes. He replaced the batteries to both my key fobs in no time. No charge? Thats awesome! I have always paid for them at other Nissan locations so I was definitely pleased. No idea how they are in sales, but they treated me right in this.

They skipped my appointment twice, while in possession of my vehicle for 2 days, then did a rush job on my maintenance. After threatening to take my car elsewhere, the diagnostic report I paid for disappeared. If you want good, reliable, fast service go to Dad's on N McCullough and you'll be much more satisfied. BTW, when I arrived on the first day to get the car, 2 other women who looked like me reported having issued with this same dealership. One of the women was disrespected by a man in the service department. She was only there for a battery but they had her car for 2 days!!! A white man who arrived after us received very fast service and left HOURS before I did.
