I love this thrift store. Their prices beat Goodwill any day. Most of the prices are very reasonable and having two boys it's great that the clothing section is cheaper. Sure sometimes when you shop there you can encounter some grumpy employees (what place doesn't have a few). Sometimes the ceiling is leaking and there are buckets you have to swerve around but oh well. Sometimes the lighting in there can kill my eyes but it's worth it for the prices! The dressing rooms aren't great but oh well. I also love that they offer free food every once in awhile for anyone who wants to take some.

I go there periodically, as I find their clothing and items worthy of the stop however my daughter likes to stop in quite often because she enjoys the electronics, game items and older toy finds that can be collected. We have never had an issue before today being treated as we were, and it was by the female workers of the establishment, the gentleman that spoke to us was very nice and kind. Why the harshness? Because my daughter is transgender. Disgusted looks, we ignored. But when the cashier decided to blatantly use the wrong pronouns to be intentionally hurtful and offensive, this being after we smiled and corrected. To be clear, she was also extremely rude to us and treated up like we were diseased from the onset. I absolutely know the name of the cashier but being a better human I will not blast that but will definitely not be returning. Hate is Hate.. and I won't support it.

Parking lot is a hassle to get into, prices are too high, overall not the neatest or cleanest. Clothing is cheaper than Goodwill but can't keep with some of Rose's new clothing prices. The books are reasonable and some of the staff is friendly. I don't like that they put so much of the stuff behind a counter including DVDs and then you have to wait and hope someone comes to the counter to let you look at the items. These places need to realize they are not Ebay! Check it out for your self. But realize their prices are high!

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. I had a young lady helping unload my truck who was incredibly rude to me. She appeared to be irritated that she was at work from minute one. As a business owner, I understand that this isn't a full representation of the ownership. I will be dropping off at Goodwill next time.

Can not believe what they are charging for some of their item. A small bag of toys was marked $26, I thought this a thrift store. They are pricing stuff right out of what, the very people they help, can afford.

Where do I start? I called ahead to check if there was room for my semi; Carina answered the phone with such a pleasant demeanor and friendly attitude. She definitely understood the assignment and was more than helpful in assisting me with parking. Upon entering the store I could tell that it was a Christian environment and the prices were more than fair. I found some very interesting items as I peruse through the store. As the adage says a first impression is a lasting impression and I was thoroughly impressed. If ever in Lima Ohio, you should check out the Neighborhood Relief Thrift Store. Thank you for a very pleasant shopping experience. ??
