Wow!! I never knew places like this existed for retail sale. I ordered a bunch of small bottles and caps to store bulk fuel conditioners in, the prices were excellent and I received them very quickly. I initially messed up on my order with an incorrect address, I called and spoke to an actual person...in America who was more than happy to help me correct my mistake.

I've been using US plastics for a couple of years since I started my business. No complaints about the products or service. All good. Shipping rates are high. If you're within driving distance and go pick up your order that would be fantastic.

Will sell you a defective product and then not respond to any emails regarding it. I would look elsewhere before spending money here or adding them to your supply chain.

It took 2 months to get a final invoice for my order. I understand it was to get pricing for shipping but it is unacceptable to make customers wait that long to know how much their card will be charged. They should know at time of purchase.

Placed an order earlier this year, product wasn’t the same material as we previously ordered because USP didn’t have any. Sales person could not tell me what the replacement material difference was but yet they have a tech department. Just attempted to use the product and found out what the difference was, it’s much too hard and will shatter when trying to work with it.
Called today to vent and order some more, they informed me that it’s my responsibility to know what the difference in material is but yet I’m the customer not the seller.
Ms. Faith the big boss apparently told me I could take my business someplace else if I wasn’t happy and I wasn’t, but at this point I needed what had already been written up. She told me it would process but then hug up without tanking any card info. I had to call back and they told me they don’t keep card info on file so I gave it to someone else.
Sorry…., you guys have zero customer satisfaction. Lesson, your company is built off of customers and customer relations. It may sting for a moment but the customer is always right.

Items arrived fast and were of very good quality. PET plastic 5 gallon water jugs with handles and lids. This will be a way for me to gather water from a natural spring deep in the ground that has no chemicals or things man adds to it and the beauty of this plastic is it doesn't leach into the water no matter what temp. it gets to. The company is a solid, reliable Christian company that is taking the gospel to the world. May God Bless this company!!! Thank you so much!

I read the book more than 20 years ago "God owns my business" and because of this book I practiced what was taught and it changed my life, I can't put everything that changed here because it was a lot, I'm very grateful that Mr. Stanley left be used by God and not achieve, I'm talking about Brazil, Minas Gerais.
