The only reason I’m give them 5 stars is because Amy in customer service is 100% wonderful. She gets the job done and she does everything she says. Amy don’t make you feel like you’re getting the run around. Her customer service is the best

My experience was not good at all. After mis-diagnosing the problem with my fridge, I waited two weeks for the part to arrive. The technician returned only to discover he had ordered the wrong part. Then, the new part order was mis-directed by UPS, furthering the delay. Then, when the 2nd part arrived and the technician installed it, it did nothing to fix the fridge. So, I ended up buying a new one. Nearly $500 wasted. I'll never use your company again.

on march March 14, 2024 we called Mr. appliance to repair our LG dryer. Had no problem issuing a check for $490 which included $390 worth of parts. The parts were bearings. Upon the repair date the technician shows up and realizes that they cannot repair my dryer , without destroying it as the design does not give them accessibility to the bad bearings. I was told by customer service that they were going to work on refunding the price of the bearings because I have three grandchildren that live with my wife and I and we have a lot of laundry to do. So I had to buy a new dryer and still have no resolve from Mr. appliance for the refund on the parts. This is put my family into a financial bind. $390 is a lot of money. I have been in touch with Mr. appliance more than six times and still no resolve. Make sure that the parts you buy or order can be used. I know they have a disclaimer that says parts ordered cannot be returned. That’s fine and dandy if they can be installed.

The technician arrived promptly and was very courteous. He thoroughly inspected my dryer, identified the issue quickly, and explained the repair process clearly.
Overall, I highly recommend. I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Five stars all the way!

Less than impressed with their service. For starters, it took a few weeks to even get someone to follow through with scheduling service for our ice maker. Then, they called to schedule a day, could not give me time frame, and told me I would receive a text message the night before with a time frame. It is very difficult to be available the entire day when everyone works. I did get a text message that said the tech would be out between 8am and 10am. Then the morning of, I got a text message that they would be there shortly. It would have been helpful to have gotten a phone call that they were on their way instead, and with more than a 15 minute warning. The technician they sent out did not have the part that he needed to repair our ice maker, even though we were required to send several pictures of the issue and describe it in great detail. So, it has been another several weeks and we still do not have an ice maker. They now cannot get me scheduled for the actual repair that we had wanted from the start (going on almost 3 months ago) for 2 more weeks! If my refrigerator was not still under warranty, I would have used another repair service as Mr Appliance is a joke! They also need to record their phone calls because I keep getting told different dates for the service repair.

Extremely professional, prompt and courteous. We have an uncommon brand of stove and Mr Appliance is one of the few companies that will service it, as they have on 2 separate occasions for different parts of the stove that went out. Fortunately they are such a great company. We will call them for all of our appliance needs in the future...highly recommended!

I would give zero stars if possible. We were charged $881 up front for a part that was supposed to be under warranty. After missing 2 days of work waiting for them to show up on our scheduled appointment day only to be either rescheduled or them just not showing up they finally came and fixed the refrigerator. LG needed an itemized receipt to initiate a refund for the part. We spoke to a couple of girls (Brittany and someone else who we can't remember her name), who like other reveiwers gave us the run around stating that the owner was not available, not in, on vacation, (insert lame excuse here). We finally got an itemized receipt stating labor was $820.82 for 3.35 hours of work. Avoid this company. Still working with LG to get them removed as their "preferred vendor".

Half of dryers are "out of order". The owner should spend some money on getting new dryers.

Had a dishwasher on the fritz, it kept leaking water every time I would run it. I called spoke to one of the kindest and most understanding reps over the phone. They sent a technician out asap and I was even notified 30 minutes before the technicians arrived to my house. The technician was very friendly and had my dishwasher running in a jiffy. I Highly recommend Mr.Appliance if you have any issues. Thank you so much!!!

I definitely recommend this company! The technician I had at my home was so friendly and knowledgeable!! I have a Samsung Refrigerator that I needed looked at and they came out right away! Super friendly staff and awesome service!

Technician was outstanding! Diagnosed my refrigerator problem within minutes! Office communication was on spot and very polite and professional. Technician left my home after repair and could not tell he was never here very clean and parked his vehicle on the side of the road also texted me when he was on the way definitely will be using again and recommending to my family and friends :)
