I have been using Monro for many years. They are knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy and fair priced.
Tony and Chris explain everything .I learn new things each time I go there. It's nice to know there's some place to go that you don't have to worry about being treated unfairly.

Antony was very helpful. He was very hospitable and knowledgeable about what my vehicle needed. He made me feel comfortable and explained what my vehicle needed and why. I didn't worry at all that i was being taken advantage of cost wise. He gave me several discounts and made the price very reasonable in comparison to the work needed. Also the young man that did the work was fast, kind and did a great job. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.

Had a flat due to running over an entire valve stem ???. A scary experience to have a minivan full of kids to hear the loud “bang” and pop of the tire & it subsequently losing ALL air. My van limped across the street to Monro Muffler and Tony and his crew saved the day. They were able to patch my tire and get me on the road again, safely and quickly.

My daughter, who is a college student went in this store today to buy a battery. They charged her $297.44 to install a battery. That is a RIP off and you should be ashamed of taking advantage of a 20 year old college student. Shame on you .
