I wanted to get a 40 dollar one but because of technical issues we could only get 60 dollar one. It was easy to change to a 40 dollar one after though.”
“I had an iphone X that had some water damage and an iphone 7 that needed a battery. Unfortunately, they couldn't save the X but didn't charge me anything to diagnose it. The service was fast and friendly and the new battery in the iphone 7 is working great. Highly recommend.”

“There was a mishap in the packaging department for my order placed on amazon - I was sent the wrong phone because of a mislabeled box - easy mistake, easy fix. Amazon was giving me an absolute headache with the return process. I decided to call Radio Hospital directly, and had the pleasure of speaking with Kim first. It wasn’t her department, but she took ample notes and relayed my message to the right person. Matt called me by that afternoon and did a wonderful job resolving the issue. We’ve ordered phones from them in the past and always have a great experience with our purchase. “I think Verizon is the best carrier imo I got a 200$ gift card for new phone account I also got there wifi so I'm eligible for a Nintendo Switch there customer service goes out there way for me they have a lot going on so I have needed technical support but I've not yet had a bad rep when calling yet they just provide so much and there warranti3s are legit amazing I got the galaxy s24 utrua and for a little over 100$ I got a brand new s24 ultra and am able to make payments so many advantages they have best reception most towers I could go on with all the advantages”
