Visited the Lima Meijer pharmacy last Friday approximately 5 pm to obtain antibiotic.What a mistake . Before i comment all parties including Meijer management need to review past complaints.I was treated as a complete waste as a customer. To sum up -rude,arrogant, shortness of communication , waste of employee s time, etc .I do not use pharmacy very often however i will choose another on the future . Many choices exist therefore why would any customer want to visit and spend monies at a place that treats customers as trash and a waste. Not to much smarts on part of Meijer as i am sure selling prescriptions is quite profitable.I will go elsewhere and plan to ask my personal records be deleted from their system as want to avoid retaliation.Thank you

Love this pharmacy. Friendly staff, often times, will see if they have coupons to help lower cost when you're self pay, and always have your medications ready. Enjoy the text notifications letting me know when they're filled and ready for pickup, plus the MPerks on approved medications are great. My go-to pharmacy.

I had drove a distance to pick up a few particular items, and was so grateful that I would not have to run home to get my cards.
The store is also very neat and clean, and the other employees I encountered were all pleasant and courteous. But I truly am so grateful for the young, kindhearted girl who assisted me?

I called about a mistake with my refills. I'm supposed to get 3 months and they only gave me a month. They said there was no mistake and the woman on the phone was very rude. She acted like I was wasting her time. I will be taking my prescriptions and my children's prescriptions somewhere else.

HORRIBLE STORE. My roommate and I came to the store to pick up alchohol for our camping trip on the weekend. Lady behind the counter who didn’t know what she was doing. Ran both of our bottles. I’m not paying my roommate is for both bottles. She then proceeds to say she needs both of our IDS. i didn’t bring my wallet cause I wasn’t paying and she said she couldn’t sell it to my roommate. Gonna spread the word about this location and let people know there’s ALOT better stores to go to for alchohol. Won’t be here ever again.

I don’t think that it is very nice to joke about fears that the person coming in to get a vaccine has. I was asked if I had any questions or concerns about the Johnson shot. I said “yeah getting a blood clot and dying.” She gave me the shot then a few min later tells me that since I said something about getting a blood clot that I just jinxed myself, she says it in a joking way. Well it is not a joke to me. Then goes back into the pharmacy and tells a coworker and they laughed. That wasn’t kind at all. I did something I was very nervous about in the first place and ended up having to sit 15 min after shaking and about to cry because that fear was made much worse. I will never in my life go here again for anything.

I used to prefer Meijer for their beef quality. They recently changed beef, it's no longer fresh, it's no longer very tasty, and worse of all, the price went up. I wont be shopping here anymore.

I personally have issues with the prices not ringing up correctly at the register. The last time I questioned the price the cashier was extremely rude. Then I placed an order pickup and didn’t get the deals I was supposed to (per the store it was a “known issue”).

My vehicle was vandalized in the parking lot in direct view of the cameras. Made a police report and the officer went to look at the footage, found out that the cameras in the parking lot dont turn on. This is appropriate, since across the street at aldis a vehicle was tagged "1F", the tagging for sex trafficking. They only care about their merch being stolen, don't give a crap about their customers.
