“Despite an initial mix-up, they did end up reaching back out to me and the issue was resolved. I understand that they do a high-volume, high-pressure job that is not easy here, and while mistakes will happen, they at least worked with me and set things right a few days later. I will check my receipts very carefully before leaving the store next time, but I also won't hesitate to return and use their services again as it does seem to have been simply a clerical error.”
