Everyone was polite and helpful. They have always listened to my questions and gave me the information I requested. I am very satisfied with the dealership and its employees. I hope to use them for all my future vehicles.

The staff for service is always polite and answer all my questions. Just remember if you don't ask or tell them they have no idea you had any issues going on. Make sure when you schedule to remind them anything. They always give me a heads up what my charges will be before they do any service. Always tell me if I need anything else and how my check up was. The only down fall that I know of is that some dealership have free amenities while you wait. For example BUDS in Celina and St .Marys give free coffee and other beverages with k cup. Donuts and granola bars. This place just does your basic coffee and nothing more. If you want anything they do have a vending machine with some chips and poptarts.pop tarts. Here they will offer to take you some place and or pick you up if you live locally to them, otherwise you have to get a ride some where. Some places offer courtesy vehicles when you're going to be here for more than a couple hours but don't count on that here. I would definitely come back here because they are very knowledgeable about there vehicles vs some places who just look at a female as if they don't know anything about a vehicle.

Boo. We were driving out east and our passenger side mirror was broken. We called the parts department to see if they had one in stock & we wanted to ensure it was a OEM part. We stopped and got the part. No way was it OEM. It fit fine but the, mirror wasn't right. It was like a bathroom mirror, we could not accurately see what was next to us. We came home and ordered a GM off the internet. What do you know, the mirror is the proper kind and we paid about 45% less.

Most of the young men in the service department were rude & didn’t really want to compete both of my services in one visit which was more convenient for me. They kept saying they were busy & didn’t have time to do both but gladly they did complete both services! I don’t want to return for service there but for the price I might.

Was not done correctly the first time it had to go back. Was told it would only take a couple days to fix correctly and 8 days later it was done. No phone calls were made to update us on anything. Plus my out of pocket cost for my rental was higher due to it not being fixed correctly the first time which isn't fair to me.

No pressure process, going from truck to a small suv, new inventory like everyone small, but I went with a thought of 2 vehicles I wanted to try. Pricing on everything is up but got a very nice deal, I was lucky no money down! I went for a test drive and came home with a new vehicle again no pressure sales and service!

Friendly, professional, and efficient.Posted new review with a 1 star rating. Steer clear of this place. They like to brag about being in business for 100+ years, but that means nothing when you blatantly ignore customers. The founder would be mortified!

I will only be doing service at Lima Auto Mall, if an absolute emergency. Replacing a simple connector and splicing a few wires, should not be $743. This was not the entire wiring harness being replaced, again only a connector that plugged into the ignition coil. At the time, I was aware by Jerry (very nice by the way) of the charges. However, I was in a pinch and asked them to proceed, although I wish I would’ve taken the time to research the problem like I usually do. When I picked up my vehicle, I did question the labor rates, I was told $80-160 per hour. It makes no sense to me why parts and labor were $500+. The gentleman stated it involved a lot of diagnosing and repair. However that morning, by 826am I had a call from Jerry that they found the problem. My car was towed 5pm the evening before, so I know this was not a difficult case to diagnose. The connector can be bought for less than $50. The remaining charge was to diagnose it. I completely understand this charge and by no means am I upset over the $124 diagnosis charge. My only hope is the mechanics are being compensated appropriately. If the charges are this high for a connector, I can’t imagine the charges for more complicated issues. I am considering buying a new vehicle soon and I believe it will not be at Lima Auto Mall. Overall, I’m disappointed in the high charges and feel “ripped” off. Lastly, there was a service bulletin, which applied to my year and engine code for the same issue my car was having. Lima Auto Mall notified me by Facebook to contact them to discuss further but did not leave me a number or name of who I should contact . I replied on social media to contact me with no response . 3 stars for Jerry being friendly and had my car the next day .

Brought my car in after the drivers side door was hit. the repair and painting was done perfectly. the car is a 2007 and looked like new by the time the job was done. Frances Sutton and his team took great care to make sure the job was done correctly. thank you for a great experience!!
