Inspection was not done, never received paperwork on that like I usually do. Also, I know they did not rotate my tires because the tool they needed (I have after market wheels) was untouched in my glove box with a thank you note and a treat for the mechanic doing the work. None of it was touched. Prices increased significantly too which is no surprise.
