They were very helpful Saige was great and very helpful easy to talk to so ur not sitting in silence thank you for all your help I'm adding to the Google review because I have no idea how to make a new one. But I have dealt with the same person the past 3 years she's awesome and if you ask her questions she gives you right answers and if she doesn't know because each year things change but she goes off her personal experiences

I go every year to the same Jackson on cable rd lima ohio and work with the same women everytime she always a huge help and always get everything done and me outta there at a fast pace makes the process feel easy I love this place

The ladies at this office did the best they possibly could to help me fix my return wapak messed up and Allentown didn't have time to bc of a personal appt!!!The ladies here was so sweet, nice and just plain out VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING FILING WITH JACKSON HEWITT SCHEDULE WITH ONE OF THESE TWO LADIES TODAY THEY WILL NOT DISAPPOINT !!!!

The tax preparer was very professional and told us everything that she was doing as she was doing it. It was a little pricey but it was worth it. Will probably be using them again next year
