Dont use there banks horrible service I paid my vendor who banks with them,they run check thru for 500.00 dollars more than check was written for clearly there mistake, my acct is at different bank after 10 days of total bull####! was told it will be 90 days before they credit my acct back the 500.00 dollars so whoever made the the mistake should have that deducted from there pay for 90 days would really rate negative 5 stars if I could

Don’t show up anywhere near an hour before closing!! The lady argued with me about why I was setting up my business the way I was asking taking 35 minutes of time, then told me that there wasn’t time to complete what I was asking. I won’t be returning to Huntington

Both of my visit here while in town were great! The staff greeted me when I entered and were quick to offer assistance. Everyone was helpful and perky. I loved it!

By far the slowest drive through services lanes of any bank I use. Not just once, but EVERY time. I have also waited 20 minutes in line behind only two cars only to get to the line at 5 o’clock to not have them help me or even answer the call button.

Started working there and was immediately put at risk for covid-19 and was asked not to tell my coworkers. My initial manager mentioned that I was a good hire because I'm a black female and there weren't many others who were bankers, so the company had high expectations. After completing virtual training, they sent me out if town 2 more times around people I was not familiar with. I voiced my fears about being exposed to the virus several times but it fell on deaf ears. I was denied my 3 month pay raise and then told to sell more - ALL while my coworkers had no idea what I was experiencing medically and not knowing that they were at risk as well. At one point I had to speak with someone after becoming sick and she treated me like garbage. I won't bank with them again and I won't recommend them.

If you are serious about buying a home and need to be pre approved I do not recommend Sherri O’Neal. I’ve called left several messages on her work phone, personal phone, and email. Nothing. We are first time home buyers and need to be taken serious. Sense loan officer Sherri O’Neal at Huntington bank was so unprofessional we will be calling superior credit union to finalize our pre approval and get this home we are pursuing! Once again if you are looking to buy a home I recommend you find a loan officer that will take you and their work serious. “It’s important for you to stay in contact with your loan officer when buying a home” says real estate agent at superior realtor.
