Waited 5 months for a direct deposit day just to find out someone has made a mistake so another 7-14 day wait . Multiple "mistakes" from the beginning and I would give all blocks in lima 0 stars if available. File your taxes your self, you'll probably have better success

Been with HR for nearly a decade . Messed up on my taxes this year big time . I’ve paid for peace of mind every year and am not getting any help. Would give 0 stars if I could . Will never use HR block again .your competition will get me and my fams business
