This is the 5th year I've gone to this place and for the last 4 years I've OWED taxes when they try to help me make some changes so I can get some money back. Heck. Anything since I've owed the last 4 years. Well this year is no different. Well, not really. I arrived and got placed with a woman whose English is not her primary language and spoke Russian. I could barely understand her and asked her to repeat her statements over and over. I still couldn't understand her. She said I needed to get three more documents to help with my taxes so I left and came back a few days later. When I returned she no longer worked there and I was placed with another woman who told me that I would be owing a lot of taxes this year. Again. Just like every year since I started going there. I was livid. This place either just screws you or gives you a false sense of hope that you're saving money by going there. Well, I'm not. Not anymore. EVERY YEAR NOW FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS I'VE OWED TAXES ACCORDING TO THEM and I just found out through a woman in our accounting department that they love to screw people. Well get your Vasoline if your going to this place AND hope that someone there can speak the English language. Lastly, the only reason why I gave this place a 1/5 stars is because Google is making me round up.

They tell you they have a slot and then fill it as you get there...and the place is empty...with plenty staff

The lady at the desk has a major attitude problem. 2 other H&R Block locations within a mile. I suggest one of those instead. Tax season must be getting to this lady. Yikes!
