Very friendly rented a car last weekend. I didn't have a credit card ? they let me use my check debit card with a deposit of course . They put the deposit back into my card the next day after returning the car the way I picked it up of course. Friendly place.

I prepaid for a rental to pick up at the end of April. Went to pick up said rental and she said I couldn't because my card didn't have a chip in it. She said she would try to do it manually and charged my card $371 and then said I don't know what happened but it didn't go through. I showed her that it instantly took the money out of my account. She said I'm sorry there's nothing I can do unless you put another $371 in the account and I can try again. I told her I wouldn't do that. I canceled the reservation and went to enterprise where I had no issues at all. I still have not received my money back and when I called customer service they said they had already given the money back and there was nothing to discuss. Almost a month later and i STILL HAVE NO REFUND. Do better. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. This is the 3rd time I've had issues with them.

The staff at Hertz was super friendly and provided a rental while my daughters car was being worked on. I would certainly recommend this Hertz location!!

HORRIBLE!! Aaron Glenn rents their vehicles to stalk me! I have a ton of videos with their rentals while he’s stalking me. & there is nothing they will do about it. It’s disgusting that they keep providing him with rentals JUST to stalk me. This man has more than 1 car … he only gets rentals to STALK ME!! It’s creepy and weird & crazy that HERTZ is continuing to let this man use their cars solely to stalk a female.

By far THEE WORST car rental service!!! I was on the phone with my boss while returning my rental and the woman working in the Lima Oh building, didn’t even give me a chance to get off the phone to make sure I wanted to put the gas back in the car that was in it when I got it, then CHARGED ME 34$ for a quarter tank of gas, I could of filled the tank up for that. It was the most unprofessional situations I’ve been in.
