I bought a BMW 328i in fall of 2020, and the time had come for the water pump to be replaced, so I thought. Unfortunately, I had the worst time finding anyone who could work on my vehicle in this area. I asked around my buddies at school (UNOH) and from word of mouth, I turned to this business. It had a reputation of quality work by good people for a very fair price. My gamble was rewarded with top-quality care and being diagnosed and ready to go home on the stated date. I was highly impressed by the friendly and professional way that I was treated each time I was in contact with all involved there, and took his own time to ride with me to ease my nerves after it was completed. I will not take my BMW to another mechanic or shop after today. This is my ride's "doctor's office" for good.Service: Repair water leak

Brought my truck here and dropped it off. Told them it has a random misfire that I couldnt figure out. They charged me $130 to tell me it had a random misfire and itd cost $1300 to start replacing stuff to maybe figure it out. Zero diagnostics other than plugging it into a computer like o'Reilly's will do for free
