4 new tires, installed incorrectly causing shake and shimmy...closed by the time I got to a speed over 30 and noticed. Will be without vehicle 2 days, can't drive like this, unsafe and may damage my car. Out over $1,000 dollars and no transportation. Will be waiting at their door Monday morning. Not Happy

Been there several times for tire issues with company vehicle since we have a corporate account. Takes 2 days to fix tire issue. Thats a big problem for me cause they are causing usdowtime.

I used to work there so I am a pretty loyal customer. I purchased brand new tires with road hazard protection and had the vehicle alignment done as well. Greg the store manager took real good care of me and I will continue to have regular maintenance of my vehicle there.

I went to have my back driverside tire patched. They took the wrong tire off. Thankfully, the employee came in to ask a (?) That's when the mistake was found. My wait was long for someone who had an appointment. The following day I realized that the caps on my tire weren't put back on.
