There’s two Goodwills in Lima, and I prefer this location. It’s a newer building, so it’s much cleaner and way better organized than the older store. The clothes tend to be much nicer as well.

If your not from the area I wouldn't suggest taking a drive to go here.Nothing was crazy expensive.. a pair of shoes were 10 dollars.. a build a bear was 5 dollars which I find a little high, especially because the goodwill in findlay sells them for a dollar.Nothing extremely stocked well at all. Toys had barely anything, purses were limited and the one I did like had rips all in it. I've been here a hand times before but thought I'd leave a review since they are so mixed on here. Hopefully though my input helps someone. I just personally wouldn't make the drive unless I was either really really bored or was already in the area.

I feel like to receive friendly customer service you must have to donate money to one of their missions or projects etc. I guess it's not good enough buying items from them that they get for free that they inflate the prices on. No welcome when I walked in. No thank you after purchasing the items. Just a would you like to donate, donate, donate. Im giving your greedy organization my hard earned money when I buy items from your store that you get for free! Guess that's not good enough to get a hi, welcome to Goodwill or a thank you for shopping with us!

This Goodwill, along with the other store in Lima on Harding HWY seems to have really lost the plot. Wonder why the store shelves are virtually bare and it’s practically impossible to find a “treasure” anymore especially in household, toys, or electronics? Cause nearly EVERYTHING they think has “value” MUST be put on “shop” goodwill online. The greed has gotta so bad that there is absolutely no balance of online and in store anymore. DVD player? Nope. Stereo? Nope. Video game? Nope. NOTHING. God forbid someone locally is allowed to purchase an item in store - that was GIVEN as a donation for FREE to these stores might I add. They MUST put it ONLINE and squeeze as much money out that they can - I suppose that these brick and mortar stores are surviving on clothing sales but the lack of other products on the shelves is blatant. What’s even the point of spending the gas and time to visit these stores anymore. What a joke.

Prices are absolutely insane. Books are priced just a few dollars less than the cover price.
