First time ever coming in to drop an express letter off and I paid an astronomical price for something that I did NOT need a signature for (they didn’t even ask, just automatically added one is required). The recipient, who is disabled (stays home) did not receive it and the envelope was returned to me a week later. I’m not convinced the envelope did not even make it out of Lima. Likewise, I never received tracking. Learned my lesson not mailing the traditional way…

Kindest and most helpful bunch that there is. I used to visit there regularly and then moved out of the area and recently moved back near it and stopped back in to send a package out- the owner recognized me from over 5 years ago and made small talk about how long it had been since seeing me last. Every time I’ve been in, he’s always treated each customer like a dear friend. I appreciate the time he takes to build relationships with his customers and treat them with such a kind heart.
