Bought a "certified pre-owned" Xbox One. The box said you had 30 days to return. The console clearly had something wrong with it, as it wouldn't load games after many attempts and lots of research on my end. I called the store to ask what certified pre-owned meant, and basically they just turn it on to "see if it works". So I tried to return the unit with the 30 days and they said I could only return it within 7 days because that's what the receipt said. Well they should probably update their boxes then because that's false advertisement. They said they could give me store credit for it, but would have to knock off a "defective fee". Which is them basically admitting that they sold me a defective unit. I paid $150 and they were going to give me $30 for it, likely so they could turn around and rip off a different person. I don't think it's this location's problem, I think it's a corporate problem. Never giving GameStop my money again.

I swear when you call these people they have no clue about gaming just called to see if they have a replacement charger for a Asus Rog Ally she said no this is a game store. SMH people are plain stupid here.
