12 stars to your Lima, Ohio/Mall Employees for making ours and our grandsons experience so fun and easy! Walked out with 4 prs of shoes for the gkids, socks and also a bright pink pr of Nikes for me! Very professional and hard working! Thanks for making our day!!

Walked in...only one in the store. 4 associates standing around. Was never greeted, asked if I could be helped. Said something to Jerome (the manager) about not being greeted or asked if I could be helped and he argued with me. No apology and still never asked if I could be helped. You are running a business and a friendly hello or can I help you does a lot. Makes customers feel welcomed. I Wont ever bring my business back to the Lima store unless new management comes in. To bad for someone who shopped here a lot!
