I can not say enough about the knowledge and customer service here! I live 2,500 miles away and John shipped me a true "Plug and Play" stereo system for my 2500HD Chevy. John asked me a series of questions to pick the best parts for my needs. He pre built the wiring harness to integrate the steering wheel controls to the factory GM harness. I literally plugged things in and it all came alive without issue! The subwoofer and amp were a perfect combination (as promised) and sounds great. Once again my friends at down town sounds gave me the audio experience I could ever dream. You know what I like most john listens and you tell him what you want and they will build it. you folks looking too do your ride from window tint to audio and so much more john and the boys will make it happen. Good see john at Dts it will be worth it.

I was told I would get a $100 refund for a product that was supposed to be Unistalled for free
Tried calling for months and months and there was always an excuse on why I couldn't get my money back
But now I know that money was just spent on hookers and blow....

Great customer service!
Got a 12 inch sub amp and 2 front speakers and got a great deal for them. Sound quality on the speakers I have are great.
Definitely recommend going to these guys, had everything installed and done within a few hours
Had a dead car key and the person helping me put a new key in and plugged in some of my led lights that were unplugged.
Coming back for my back speakers done thanks from Jordan \m/

With me being picking about who works on my cars, a friend recommended John and Downtown Sounds. I live in Columbus, Ohio 2hrs away to schedule my GMC 2500HD for tint. I was NOT disappointed with the work, professionalism and knowledgeable staff. I was so satisfied that I will be returning with my wife’s new Honda Pilot to have them finish off the front windows and add an eyebrow due to her sensitivity to sun.

These guys seriously know what they’re doing they went above and beyond with details and quality. Had them do 6 6x9s with a custom bracket. 2 12s with a custom box to get every inch we could with the very little that I have behind my rear seat. To keep it simple it sounds absolutely incredible.

Very friendly . Great job on the tint on my malibu. Owner took the time to come out with me and explain what they did. And asked me if I had any issues to bring it back. No charge.
