I've used this store and the employees for several things, including repair. Outstanding treatment and quality repairs on jewelry. At this point, I won't go anywhere else for purchases or repairs. I hope that they are around for a long time!

Fixed my watch for free, but the owner was talking with a customer, and neither were wearing masks. When I asked politely about it, they said they "didn't require it", and went on talking. This is Ohio. We have a mask mandate. I felt uncomfortable. It's a small store. Guess my attempt to support a local business was not a wise decision. Next time it's a national chain for me.

Everyone in the store is very helpful. The quality is outstanding for the price. I wish we would have known when we were younger about the quality because we would have got our wedding rings here. Now we know and only shop here

We have been very happy with the quality of our jewelry from Don Jenkins. I had my diamonds reset, and matched up with another diamond, on a new wedding band. The result was of excellent quality and very beautiful! Scott and his employees have such a personal manner with their customers! He is a good person and an honest business owner.
