I’ve had two alignments done in a two month period. The first one they said that I had a rusted bolt that they couldn’t get loose. This vehicle was worse after I left. The second vehicle was bad when I took it in and still pulling and steering wheel was off center when I left.

Went in to get a tire fixed. Didn't buy my tires there. Fixed it in a half hour and no charge.

The process was easy and to the point. However, my fiancee went to change my front passenger rotors and a wheel stud snapped off due to being tightened way too tight and not straight after tires being rotated last by Discount Tires. Also a lug nut went missing. These issues weren't realized until the brakes needed serviced!
Edit: my issue was addressed professionally and I should have contacted them in a different way prior to my Google review. They reimbursed the money spent on the steering knuckle that was purchased to fix the issue, thank you for the excellent service! I will be back.

Everyone on staff has been exceptional! I went around getting quotes for new tires from different places in November and what stood out the most to me was the utmost respect I received as a woman. Every other tire shop I went to tried to high ball me, gave me generic quotes and never really took the time. WAYNE was the only associate I worked with that day who sat down with me told me the pros and cons to each tire we were looking at. I gave him a price I was comfortable with and together we found tires that were in my price range and even better safe for me and my 2 small children, even told me the best time to buy them so that I would be able to get the best deal. Turns out the tires worked for my vehicle but I was not impressed with the ride, after 4 attempts to rebalance and adjust the tires, Josh made things right, I had only put 1500 about miles on the tires and we ended up exchanging them for something better. When I left today, I left feeling totally respected and most importantly, as soon as I got on the road I felt safer. It felt like a brand new car crushing down the road. The customer service from everyone was just top notch and completely amazing. I know that no matter what even if I’m offered a better deal somewhere else, I will always go back to where the customer service is the best. And for my tire needs it will always be DISCOUNT TIRE!

I called Discount Tire shortly after they opened and was greeted by Wayne. He was a nice young man and he spent some time with me on the phone and helped me make arrangements for my wife to come in and get a tire as hers had a screw in it and the sidewall was blown out. Wayne explained the options and when my wife arrived she told me that Wayne was knowledgeable, caring and didn’t pressure her into $500 tires like happens quite regularly or at least that’s what the stereotype is. I phoned after she left and thanked him for his great service. I can only assume that the rest of the staff are similar with customers. Thank Wayne you did a great job and I will be back!

I recently visited Discount Tire in Lima, Ohio, and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service I received from Damien and Kobe. They handled my tire patch repair with remarkable efficiency and attention to detail.

Went in there Saturday around 4 pm, as I discovered my rear passenger tire was flat. Raced over there after work as they closed at 5 pm. (After filing my tire with air, do not attempt to drive a flat tire.) I was hoping that they would be able to repair the tire and not have to replace it, as I didn't have much money at the moment.
Mostly, I was just hoping they could do anything since it was close to 5 pm. When I got there, the girl at the counter was friendly, understood the situation, and said she would check out the tire. She checked all four tires, especially the one that had a screw in it, said they could fix it. However, my other rear tire was not in great shape, and my tread was near the Danger zone.
Of course, not wanting to really spend what little I had, she found an affordable tire for it that fit my budget. Now, I was expecting to be there forever, as I've gone to mostly Goodyear and Firestone in my lifetime of driving and spent countless hours watching bad TV, bored out of my skull, and of course paying large amounts of money.
I received a text from them showing a tracker on how long it would take. It said, "Your vehicle will be done by 5:19 pm." I chuckled as it was 4:21 pm. Scrolled around my phone for a while, and before I knew it, I had a text saying my car was finished. It was 5:09 pm. Thinking there was a mistake, I looked out the window, my car was backing out, pulled up, guy walked in with my keys and said, "You're all set."
The tire that they repaired looked good as new. The new tire honestly made my Rogue feel even better on the road than it had. I'm glad she talked me into it. I will say they turned a crappy day of finding a screw in my tire into a good day, and it was affordable, friendly, and fast.
They carry multiple lines of tires to fit your needs and your vehicles needs. They do tey and up sell items like wiper blades (but let's be real, most people don't change them until they go to have tires or work done on their car in the first place. Every 3 to 6 months, people. check and change), but they will work with you on affordability issues, which says more for them than Goodyear and Firestone, who will dead look at you and say "You need to most expensive tires or else".
Sorry for the long review. I'd rather explain in detail when I either have a good experience or bad so people can get ideas for themselves. I definitely will bring my car back for new tires in the future.

Discount Tire, no matter the location, will take care of you fairly, and honestly, whether the tires were originally purchased from them because they want you back as a regular. I'll be back.
