The unprofessionalism that I experienced with Janice was surreal, even in the eyes of the owner. She consistently made appointments with me as if she was willing and compassionate to do my hair and each time she flaked, wasting my time with continual lies and poor excuses. She never showed up neither did she reach out to apologize. Being a mature woman I expected more than lies, flaking, gas lighting, the disrespect to unproportionate measures and unprofessionalism. In all I do appreciate her for flaking for these qualities that she possess I wouldn't let her shampoo a dog off the street just to keep from spreading the filth.
