Please avoid this auto shop at all cost! I took my Nissan in after it was having misfires. I requested a diagnostic test and an estimate for how much it would be to be fixed.After dropping it off, later that day I called to ask about any updates to my vehicle. Nothing yet. The next day I called before closing to get an update, nothing yet. The following day, I called and was told my car was already fixed and it would be $350-$400.I was never told the problem before work was done. I was never given an estimate. I never gave permission to a mechanic to do work on my car.When I questioned why I never received an estimate, I was told “you dropped it off and you wanted it fixed, so that’s what I did.”I came close to spending $400 to change a spark plug.This is highly unlawful and I will be reporting this to the BBB.
