What an appalling customer service experience with the pharmacy. My prescription had been ready for a few days. Since I now have to drive further to the pharmacy I didn't have a chance to get it sooner. I gave her my prescription insurance card and she very rudely said I needed to come back in an hour. I asked her why if my prescription was already ready and she said you need to leave and come back in an hour. I said I don't understand why you are speaking to me that way. She said we are busy come back. I was so confused as to what was happening, I stayed there until the other pharmacy assistant came to the window and I said I needed to speak with a manager. The pharmacist came over (mind you she heard the whole thing and never said anything). I said I'm not sure why she is speaking to me in a way that seemed as though I was rude to her, but we are all going through the same thing you all are, and her behavior was unacceptable. The pharmacist has my prescription to me in 8 minutes. The gentleman came to the window and was very polite. I'm not sure why they are tolerating this behavior and I will not be back to that location.

Just moved to Lima and knowing better used another awful cvs , they’re all not on probation from state board for nothing .

For some bizarre reason management has decided to close the restrooms to the public. This makes zero sense. I would recommend going across the street to the much nicer pharmacy

They didn't have my medication in stock, which on its own isn't an issue, but pharmacy staff did not say anything to me regarding this. I didn't even realize it until I was back home. I went back to the pharmacy to let them know I was missing one and that's when they finally told me. It would have saved us both time if there had been proper communication.

Rude employee's. Changing pharmacies. Losing my business. Staff got nasty with my Son picking up my prescription because I am home sick.

Over last year pharmacy has progressively gotten slower and slower. Not uncommon to wait 30 minutes or more to pick up prescription.
