I recently had a problem where my check was being held. After several times calling the customer service number and getting disconnected, no one was able to get the situation fixed. I went into this chase and spoke with Cassie and another wonderful lady up front regarding the issue. Cassie was so helpful and sweet, she explained everything to me and even called the customer service line and got it fixed for me!! She could've given me a phone number and sent me on my way. I really felt she went out of her way to help me and even with the frustrating situation with my check, I still give this chase 5+ stars just because of her kindness. Thanks again Cassie!!

went in here at a quarter to 5p. I needed a title notarized. takes about 5 minutes. the counter clerk said the person who could do it was busy and I had to reschedule for another day. I watched the "busy" person sit at her desk and promptly walk out at 5:00p on the dot. I even asked her before, how long it would take, and she said 5 minutes but was too busy to help. to sum it up, they could have helped me and my wife out instead of running out of the door. Very poor display of customer value. I will never bank with Chase due to this and my wife is now changing banks.

Been calling for two days and they don't answer the phone. Leave messages and they never return calls. Terrible customer service!

Does not answer phone!!! 1:30pm. 20 attempts.
Update .... They answered today. Excuse was they're all busy with customers. Then hire someone to answer the phone!!!

I would have given a 5 star but I have to buy a money order to deposit cash into my account when using my son or daughter. I find this ridiculous since it's a deposit not a withdrawal. Even when I give them my ATM card and DL ID from me. Plus they offer their own ID. Since I am disabled I am unable to go to the bank myself.
