Not happy with them. My insurance approve them to do the body work to my car. Cellar auto body refused to do ary work until my insurance company paid them first. Not how business is done. Don't get paid for something u have not even done yet. Now I have to start this whole process over again. Thanks for wasting mine and my insurance companies time. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Posting for my fiancé. Mark is an awful person to work for. He acts like an amazing boss on most days but the next day he will switch. My fiancé quit because Mark didn’t want him using sealer over body work… which then would cause the base coat to shrink and would be up to par with standard quality and customer would need to come back and spend more money to fix paint later. Not to mention, my fiancé still has yet to be paid for the work he did there.. which was supposed to be cash.. also odd. Chop shop.

Stopped to get an estimate on my truck. Rude and not worth the time. They would not give me an estimate on my truck. Never giving them my business and don’t recommend.

This is a top-notch auto body shop. Every employee I came in contact with was friendly, courteous, and professional. Mark Cellars and his staff do great work. I particularly dealt with Tom while my car was being repaired, and he was the best!

Took my car there because I thought it had overspray on the windshield . The owner came out with a clay bar and razer blade and proceeded to run the razor blade up and down across my windshield. By doing so I ended up with hundreds of scratches all over it and he refused to take responsibility for scratching it. If it wasn't for the All Service Glass Employee there that told him he scratched it he would have never acknowledged it. He blamed it on soft glass then. So now I have to purchase a new windshield for a car that has 4000 miles on it. I understand stuff happens but his chest swelling over it was extremely unprofessional. I personally will never use them again which is sad because the body work was good. The customer service not so much.

Expensive despite having insurance through Geico with a 500$ deductible. I paid around 1.2k for a front bumper and friend with the same insurance plan paid 4k to replace the back frame and bumper for their car. Have cash on hand or pay an extra 4% with a debit/credit card.
