A female cashier was rude an not helpful with my 79 yr old grandmother who couldn’t get the pump working.. another customer was nice enough to help her which is crazy and not cool

I parked my vehicle in the parking lot at 10:55 pm to grab snacks (aware they close at 11) the worker Cheyenne was outside smoking a cigarette, sees my car immediately runs in and turns off all of the lights. I walked in to ask what time they closed Cheyenne says “technically 1030” very rudely and refuses my service and laughs while I’m walking out. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Will not be coming here again.

Gas is expensive. Go to Clark by the highway it's almost always 30 cents cheaper. They got me today but I'll never go back.

Always love when they give you major attitude for ordering a sub. Sorry guys didn't realize I wasn't suppose to order food here. Employees in the coolers doors wide open cussing about what the last shift did or didn't do.... I goto school right down the road I'll need lunch everyday it just won't be here.

Slushee machine stays out of order… They have a pile of large pizza boxes next to the individual slices and stopped and looked at me like I was crazy when I used one for a slice but have no smaller/slice sized boxes. The lady laughed and said “it’s fine” when I said there were no smaller ones. No one wants to carry a greasy pizza with no box back to work with them..

This Casey’s is a joke. For the last 10 months or so, I’ve had to go into the freezer myself to find what I want. They never stock the products. Never. The walk-in freezer is always completely full of new stock that there’s no room to even walk in. Same with cooler. Shelves always empty,yet there’s product sitting everywhere. Dude behind counter( semi-long hair, glasses,always on his phone…says he’s a manager and that’s not his job!!! Wow Casey’s. Cridersville and Elida are exceptional!!! Can’t believe 2 stores are so good and then a store in the same close proximity can be so awful. I mean awful……

Was there this morning waited 10 minutes with my 2 coworkers. We ended up leaving and going to arbys. Hope the chic outside smoking and talking on the phone enjoyed putting all our stuff back we left laying on the counter. If she makes $10.00 an hour she definitely way over paid.

I love this PLACE SO MUCH! I love their snacks, slushies, etc. I usually go their after softball before it ended but there slushies are the bomb I love them so much!!

Cheapest gas in the area! Staff friendly and helpful, and the ready to eat food is pretty good for gas station food. Clean store and good vibes.

There have been several times where they are closed durning their open hours. On these days they don’t open until 7:30am or later. It’s extremely frustrating.
