“I recently hit something on the Interstat and my Dodge Journey had alot damage to the front of the car and damage I couldn't see. This was the first time I've ever had to make a insurance claim and get a car fix. I was clueless. The staff were Amazing. First I tried to get a rental car and the older gentleman that helped me did everything he could to get me a rental but my insurance Was not cooperating. Not your guys fault at all. I learned that just because the Insurance price is good does not mean it will be good when it's time to use it. I then had my Dodge towed to Tom Al body shop. The woman in the office were Incredible. They answers ever question I had. They gave me regular updates on what was going on. The whole process took longer then what I had expected but I honestly I don't know what I was expecting because this is the first time I've had to go through this. I got my Dodge back yesterday and omg was I happy. I think it is in better Shape then before I hit something. Their work is Impeccable. Thank you guys so much for Your hard work. You guys will definitely have my business in the future.”

“Very friendly rented a car last weekend. I didn't have a credit card ? they let me use my check debit card with a deposit of course . They put the deposit back into my card the next day after returning the car the way I picked it up of course. Friendly place.”
