Very friendly, kind, was not rushed into making a decision, wasn't pushed into buying a car, everything was explained to my understand! The payments are due on a day I get paid so no issues to pay, the car is clean and runs great. Thank you Shawn for being a great sales man!

DON'T RECOMMEND. Dennis was very helpful at the beginning. BUT NOW THEY STARTED CHARGING $20 MORE BECAUSE IT TAKES THEIR SYSTEM A WEEK TO TAKE OUT THE PAYMENT EVEN IF YOUR PAYMENT IS IN THE ACCOUNT ON TIME. D

Bought a car her almost a year ago had to return it 4 times in less then a year to be worked on. Seems like the same issue every time it breaks acts up. But they claim something new every time. I feel like its they same problem just getting band aides. Close to returning it and just file bankruptcy on the over price pos.

Within not even 2 months of having the car I had to take it in to get work done to it. The initial guy who did the scan and set the 1st appointment told me same day I take it I it would be done as long as I had it there at 8 am. They didn't even order the parts till that day so I wasted gas and time to take it up there for them to tell me the same thing the guy who did the scan told me. Went and got it because I needed transportation, made another appointment what should have only been a day at most 2 ended up with 1 day short of a week of them having my car in their shop. The first scan was only 3 days past 30 days because that was the soonest I was able to get ahold of them to get a scan done. Im a 3rd shifter who lives 30 minutes away so couldn't just pop in before that. And I still had to pay a $75 deductible (which i had to take out of money to get my kids food) for stuff wrong with the car that soon after buying it.

Save yourself the headache. By all means do what you can to avoid byrider. My girlfriend got a car from here back in April 2023. It ran good for 2-3 weeks then started with an intermediate misfire. Took it back to them and they said nothing was wrong with it and just to keep driving it so she did. Only for a week later to be stranded on the side of the interstate. Paid for it to be towed to byrider just for them to say it was the spark plugs and coil pack for cylinder 2. (I already knew the plugs and coil packs were fine as I already checked and tested them before we had it towed) Paid for that just to get the car back and it still be misfiring. (Of course) Paid for it to be towed back to byrider again and they said it was the catalytic converter. (Wanted $1200 to replace it so I bought the part and replaced it myself for $300) only for it to still be misfiring. Paid to have it towed once again for them to say "nothings wrong with it but we replaced all the coilpacks and that'll be $400". THE COIL PACKS WERE FINE WHY REPLACE PARTS THAT WERE WORKING JUST FINE AND THEN EXPECT US TO PAY YOU. Now we're here in October 6 months later still making payments on a car that only runs and drives when it wants. Byrider has done nothing but try to make us throw random parts at this car instead of correctly diagnosing the car. I decided to take the car to my own mechanic and within two days he was able to tell me that cylinder 2 was down by 50 on the compression test he ran (meaning theres something wrong interally with cylinder 2. Valves, piston, rings, cylinder walls. It needs rebuilt.) The lady that works as the service advisor is rude. (I'd use other words but I'll get deleted) that's even if youre lucky they answer the phone, and the technicians clearly have no idea what their doing. I'd just have another shop fix it but you pay $3k for a warranty that covers certain things (like internal engine damage) but they'll throw you through loops just to prevent you from actually being able to use that warranty that you pay for. Byrider is a scam. If you can save 3-4k and go buy a used car do that as I promise it'll be just as good as any piece of junk sitting in their lot that their asking 13-15k for.

Great experience. Nice sales people not like others that are out for commission but attentive and helpful as they can be.Really went out of their way to help.Yes u pay a little more for a car, but when down on your luck they are go to people who will do anything to help u get financed
