My Daughter was involved in an account that was not her fault. Allstate dropped the ball in a couple area’s.
After the accident the other drivers insurance contracted me. I gave them the info they need to take care of her claim. When we went to pick up the car they said we owed $500. I tried contacting my representative, no response. Call my branches office was told they would get that straightened out and get our money back. This ended up taking 4 weeks or so. During which time no one updated at anytime.
I than requested Satisfaction Guaranteed paper work and no response ever from anyone.

I am writing this review to the best of my ability and without going all into the details specifics for my sister as she is ill and has been taken advantage of by this Allstate Agency. I want to express my extreme disappointment with the way my sister’s recent issue has been handled by Brianne Marshall. As my sister is still a long-standing customer, she had always appreciated the level of service provided by this Allstate Agency. However, when I found my sister in an unfair situation, the treatment that she received and the level of disrespect was far from satisfactory.Despite her and my efforts to resolve the issue, she has been given the runaround and the problem remains unresolved. I have now reached out to the Department of Insurance for the State of Ohio regarding this situation. This experience has left my sister feeling undervalued as a customer, and I am disheartened by the lack of attention given to her concerns. If I could give this Allstate Agency under a 0 I would. Please don’t take advantages of people with a lack of help.Brianne Marshall knows that, this is not right with the way she has been handling this matter. My sister has been stressed out to the point of making herself sick, and no one from this agency or the Allstate Company or Escalation Team (Carole), has reached out to my sister.I guess they think that, this matter would make my sister so sick that this matter would simply go away. NO!!I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and restore my sister’s faith in your company. I believe that a resolution can still be achieved, by simply sending my sister’s funds to her.I also will be leaving a review with BBB.

Was reasonable when I first got full coverage on my older truck, around $80-90/month...no tickets or claims since I've had the policy...am now up to almost $140/month...this is within 2 years

Have a month old house claim, they gave us the run around and transferred us to different people. One said she would get a hold of the adjuster, put us on hold and transferred us to the 1-800 number. This office was not helpful. Horrible customer service, try any other company.
