Called and asked if they would dry clean some real silk sheets and was told they do that and it would be $10 per sheet. I went into Bob’s to get my sheets dry cleaned and as soon as I walked in the door a woman behind the counter said “We don’t do bedding!” And I told her about my call, she proceeded to tell me they would wash and dry like normal laundry and they would not dry clean them. I walked out disappointed.

Out of all of the dry cleaners in Lima, Bob's is the best one. The building is old and a little disheveled but the service and clean was fine. I sent them over $1000 worth of dresses to be cleaned.. just about every single one of them was shrunk or the seams were torn. One dress still had a spot on it; they did take that back no questions asked and it came back clean. Very unfortunate experience because they seemed friendly throughout the process.

They are the best cleaners in Lima. I've tried a few other cleaners and had such a bad experience. Bob's personnel are friendly and extremely helpful.
