“I recently had a problem where my check was being held. After several times calling the customer service number and getting disconnected, no one was able to get the situation fixed. I went into this chase and spoke with Cassie and another wonderful lady up front regarding the issue. Cassie was so helpful and sweet, she explained everything to me and even called the customer service line and got it fixed for me!! She could've given me a phone number and sent me on my way. I really felt she went out of her way to help me and even with the frustrating situation with my check, I still give this chase 5+ stars just because of her kindness. Thanks again Cassie!!”

After a long week of going back and forth between companies to solve an issue and getting the run around, we walked into the Superior Shawnee branch and she immediately began to makes calls and handle our issues.
