Always great and friendly service. I love that they ask you for your opinion here as well. They never try to upsell me and are honest with me. They are very knowledgeable and polite. It is my auto stop shop for sure. I rather come here than Napa that’s closer. And way better the O’Riley’s in my opinion.

Staff at the Lima, Ohio, Cable Road location went out of their way to make sure everything exceeded my expectations. Staff were super friendly, helpful, and kind.

Noah helped me out today! Recommended the product I was visiting the store for and even helped me get my new wipers on. I wanted him to get recognition for being polite and helpful.

The clerk's are on tact when you call in for a price or questions on your vehicle. Highly recommend store!!

I used to work at this location while in university and was transferred from another store. When I transferred I was not notified when I was put on the schedule and instead was told the day of that I was late for my shift despite showing up every week for 3 weeks and asking about my hours beforehand. What doesn’t help is Garrett, the store manager, is almost never at the store when he’s supposed to be scheduled. Working there was honestly not the worst, a lot of the staff are welcoming and fairly professional and the customers around the area were always a blast to talk to (Especially Kenny). My gripes come from Garrett, who although I believe does care about his staff, does not do a good job of running the store, as I and many other employees were constantly scheduled hours we couldn’t work due to us being in university. When I asked to transfer back and told him I was leaving Uni he said he’d get it handled for me. Long story short he didn’t, and almost a month later I come to find he didn’t even start the transfer and I had to personally reach out to his higher up (which is normally against our policy). Needless to say it’s not great to find out I’m pretty much jobless now, and although I cannot blame Garrett alone, it is in no way my fault I was removed from the AutoZoner system, and this whole situation could have been avoided. Now I’m struggling financially and still waiting to hear anything about my job as I’m typing this. If you’re coming here to buy parts, it a nice store, but I would never ever recommend working here if you can help it.

20 year customer and rewards member. Will not go back again because the last two managers were rude not helpful. Today the manager would not take my used oil because he said it was in the wrong type of container ( the same container I've use for years).

Went in for blades for my accord and my odyssey, realized they gave me 2 sets for the accord and not one for the odyssey. By the time I realized what they did I lost my receipt.tried taking brand new blades in to swap out for the right ones and because I didn’t have a receipt I’m stuck with their blades. Is this how they get people in a recession to over buy? Who knows all I know is advanced or Napa or oreileys or even Walmart would have exchanged them for me. So never again will they get a dollar from me or from any of my 7 children or my wife. Between all of us and our business we own 14 vehicles. Oreileys will get my business from now on for everything.

Great people to deal will And don't get the High prices of Advance auto parts After 5 trips to Marysville to get a clutch the couldn't get the slave cylinder for my clutch right and got a hassel in returning the slave cylinder for the clutch You need the right part don't count on Advance auto part Hope others are better

I had a headlight out and Garrett changed it for me and took care of a wiring issue and saved me a ton of money and trouble! Highly recommend stopping out at auto zone!
