Auto-owners has been good to work with filing my first ever claim. I apperciated speaking to an agent who was local and understanding. Called and canceled my policy. They didn't cancel it, and even though I showed them I had coverage from another company starting the date I canceled, said I owed them 600$.

Auto-Owners Insurance was very timely and pleasant about handling my recent claim resulting from a rock hitting my car at high speed. Our agent and the claims rep, Joy, handled the details from estimate review to scheduling a car during repairs! Texts, emails, a phone call and the problem was solved! Great experience!
