I had an incredible experience with Auto Medic of Ohio, LLC in Lima, Ohio, and I can't recommend them highly enough! I was traveling from out of town when my car unexpectedly broke down. Feeling stressed and unsure of where to turn, I found Auto Medic of Ohio, LLC online and decided to give them a try. From the moment I called, their team were extremely friendly, understanding, and eager to help. They immediately arranged to come to me and see if they could get me up and going, once they knew they could not and I needed a new starter, they called for a tow truck to bring my car to their shop and reassured me that they would diagnose the problem as quickly as possible and have me on the road home that same day.
Their professionalism and expertise of the team was evident. They quickly identified the issue, explained the necessary repairs in clear, understandable terms, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Despite being busy, they prioritized my repair given my circumstances and had my car up and running in no time. The quality of their work was top-notch, and their customer service went above and beyond, turning what could have been a major setback into a seamless, positive experience. We were driving south from Michigan without AC and these folks fit us in for a recharge with about a half hour's notice. An hour and a half later we were back on our way! Not only that, when we got caught in the rain walking our dog while we waited, they helped us out with a towel and waters for us and our pup. Super friendly folks and all around great experience.

The workers at Auto Medic of Ohio were wonderful! They immediately knew what the issue with my car was, got me in very quickly, and treated me with much kindness. My car is no longer making a strange noise and I know now where I will be taking my car in the future.

Jay and his team doing really good work. I had my car towed in there a few months ago and they saved me thousands and did a great job for me dealership told me I need a new torque converter, ended up it was not the only thing I had to get fixed.
