The staff are always friendly.I love the new look! The young lady that did my pedicure gave me some helpful information. I really appreciated that!
Cleanliness: The place is always clean and I like the way they sterilize, change gloves often and use newly opened utensils when possible.
Stylist: She was very thorough, friendly and professional.

Very friendly! Place is beautiful inside. Very bright and clean. I had a pedicure. My feet look great.
I got a dip manicure and after a couple days it was chipping. I went back and showed Thu who I believe is the owner and she immediately sat me down and redid the whole dip manicure! No charge! My nails are beautiful! Thank you Thu.
Specialties: Thu did an ombre manicure today. It's beautiful!

Alexis W. was Amazing!! I hadnt had a pedi in quite some time.. she made sure to ask about ingrown spots she could take care of for me and was very down to earth and my pedi is beautiful!

I called in advanced and they said to just go in. I get there and they have me waiting, after a while a lady comes and starts soaking my feet. She leaves I stayed soaking my feet till the water got cold. After another while she comes and apologizes says someone else came in that had an appointment and I'll have to wait for another girl. At this point I knew they had no respect foe others time, not good business.

Hey everyone, I would just love to make a compliment here and say Mia, the Manager at Aqua Nails ?? is very kind and the best at communicating to all her clients and really anyone who walks through their door. It has always been a pleasure to see her with a warm welcome and a giggle and smile! Mia keeps the Aqua Nails running on schedule and meets goals for those of us who are all about a beautiful mani and pedi. Thank you for being your best, Mia. When i went in to get my nails done there was a long wait i had to wait like 20 mins which is fine since they were busy. When my friend was in the middle of getting her nails done by mia she walked away to sing happy birthday which is very rude. When i was getting my nails done by some lady she sounded mad that i didn’t like the color and then my nails were crooked afterward and not well shaped. i will never be going back ever again and if i do i will be going to Fallon. mia also gave my friend gel x when she asked for acrylic and when my friend told another worker about it she said “well she is our boss and doesn’t like acrylics” “she also doesn’t know how to do them”. if you don’t know how to do acrylics why are you working there then. OUR NAILS WERE ALSO 80 DOLLARS FOR A PLAIN SOLID COLOR USUALY AT OTHER SALONS THEY ARE 50!!!!

My sister and I got pedicures and I got a manicure. Aqua did a great job, best I have ever had. The staff were very skilled and thoughtful. We will definitely be returning for an enjoyable time. Thanks for your service
Cleanliness: The shop was very clean. They opened a package of tools (files, clippers...) That is reassuring because I always worry about fungus. They used covers in the foot bath which was a beautiful glass tub. The chair was massaging and very adjustable.

Clean place and friendly staff for the most part. I had an appt. Sunday at 1pm and didn't get service till like 1:15 which is fine because they were busy. When I had gotten a nail tech to start on my nails I didn't know what color I wanted yet and wasn't given much of an option. I was told to look on Pinterest but they don't have the same colors. Mia was my nail tech and she had started to file my nails when she just got up and walked away TWICE! The first time was for a cake and the second time was for a walk out that wasn't getting service they were sat and never helped. I had asked for ACRYLIC nails and got GEL X they are not the same thing at all. My nails are all different size and they are not even straight. My friend had a different tech and I had told her and she said "Mia is our boss and doesn't like or know how to do acrylic very well" OKAY SO WHY ARE YOU TAKING A CUSTOMER THAT WANTS ACRYLIC!!! My point of view is that I am the paying customer and should be able to get what I ask for. I had even said I want acrylic and she said gel x is acrylic! My friend had gotten acrylic from a different tech and her nails are not straight at all let alone the same sizes. Over all Mia was rushing and didn't care about the satisfaction of my nails! I will not be going back here unless I go to Fallon which is actually good and cares about her customers! DO NOT RECOMMEND MIA AT ALL!!!
