Review for White's Honda and Toyota
I recently had a disappointing experience at White's Honda and Toyota that I feel compelled to share. A couple of days ago, I visited their service department with an estimate I had received previously for over $1,000 worth of brake, rotor, and pad work, along with detailing. I was also in need of new rear tires, which I had ordered from Amazon.
I scheduled an appointment for the mounting and balancing of my new tires, expecting a straightforward process. I was quoted $15 per tire for the service, which seemed reasonable. However, after waiting for an hour, I was informed that my tire's valve was bent, and that I would have to pay an additional $200 to fix the rim before they could properly install the tire.
What struck me as particularly frustrating was that they did not consult me before proceeding to remove the tire with the bent valve, nor did they offer any alternatives or solutions. Instead, they simply presented me with an unexpected bill, hoping I would just go along with it. This left me feeling taken advantage of, as if they were more focused on squeezing extra money out of me rather than providing quality customer service.
It’s disheartening to see a business prioritize profit over the well-being of their customers. I cannot recommend White's Honda and Toyota based on this experience. If you value transparency and customer care, I suggest looking elsewhere for your automotive needs.

I have been coming here for years. Some positive. The staff that great you and got me checked in was amazing. Give them 5 stars. They let me drop my car off at lunch then pick up later. I was a little upset when I went to pick up my car they couldn’t find my keys. Here the tech left them in my car around the side of the shop. I also pulled in for my oil change and my tire lights were on. They never filled up my tires for me

NO hard sell or pressure tactics! I very much appreciated that. Very accommodating to an elderly person. Willing to wait on my son to join me for a look see. Besides being very accommodating, Sam, my salesman, was very personable & easy to talk to. He knew his stuff & explained how the process worked with ease. And didn’t seem to mind answering questions from an elderly inexperienced female! Will def deal with White’s Honda in the future!!
