DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! A family member of mine......Saved up enough money, after what seemed like forever, every bit of money he got, he saved. In hopes of getting his fiance a decent car! First off, there wasn't much courtesy and they were rushed into buying a particular car(that they were told was in great condition.) By someone saying they have to hurry, because their daughter had to go to college. This car broke down.......Not very long after buying. The $7,800 that he saved.......Was swindled away by this place! When he called in regards to this, they could only say they sold it as is and got awfully rude with him. Now, he's Out of the money he worked so hard to save and his finance, is out of a car! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

2013 ford f150 111,000 miles
They cleared the engine fault codes, lied about it and tried to pass the unresolved issues on to me.
I called Worley Auto Sales and the salesman assured me the truck had no known issues and had no engine lights.
I brought my SnapOn OBD2 engine scanner just in case, and boy was I lucky I did.
I plugged into the trucks OBD2 port noticed the codes were cleared since the last time the truck was driven, the incomplete drive cycle data was a dead give away the dealer cleared the codes knowingly. The "incomplete" shown on the scan tool screen also indicates the codes were cleared purposely and recently, because the trucks onboard computer would read "Complete" or "Failed" had they not cleared the codes recently themselves.
The fact that the computer said "incomplete" clearly means they knew about it . This needs to be stressed because the issues at hand is deception and attempt to commit fraud.
They knew the truck had issues, they lied about it and tried to cover it up.
I knew I wasn't going to buy the truck, but I thought since I just drove an hour, i might as well drive the truck, how bad could it be?
Turns out it was terrible, the truck sputters and misfires so bad I could barely get it back to the stealership.
I give the keys back to the salesman, informed him of the trucks issues, im not interested in lowball and let him know Ill pass. He promptly blames me for somehow breaking the truck on the test drive. Goes on to start rolling up his sleeves, cussing and making a scene.
I would have left it at that and been on my way but the salesman cussing at me and blaming moved me to write a review. Now the salesman's poor choice of actions will be made public to the world in a way that could not be made public standing there alone with him in that room.
don't buy a car from here. read the reviews, im not the only person to leave a review about them knowingly clearly codes.

A family owned business with outstanding service! We've purchased several vehicles from Worley Auto Sales because of how much they care for their customers.

Wouldn't buy anything from salesman David. Absolutely an a##. Very argumentative on things he has no idea about. He said hes not a mechanic and doesn't care. With that being said get out of the car business. I should have spoken with the owner, but I'll never be back and you shouldn't either.

Test drove a ‘12 Jeep, the black one on the lot right now, and the engine light came on. I asked the salesman Dave if they’d fix the issue. He said no. Folks, be aware of Worly Auto. They apparently will clear out engine lights and stick you with a bill to fix it. Very sad. And just to clear up any thoughts I was buying the Jeep until they pulled that stunt.

This company is a total scam and RIP off!!! Bought a vehicle from them was able to test drive it and not engine light was on or no hesitation while driving it. Bought the car two days later the check engine light was on and the vehicle was missing real bad. Changed the coilPacks cost me $200 plus dollars to fix. Exactly two months later the car stalls in the middle of the road and the motor is locked. This company is known for deleting check engine lights and letting people take the car of the lot screwed up. Karma will catch up to them one way or another. Don’t waste your time nor hard earned money here. Complete garbage!!!

It was great experience. The workers there that they really care about the customers and the quality of the vehicles. If they wouldn't drive it themselves, they wouldn't sell them.

Went to check out a jeep .. they want $10,900 for an 03. Looked super slick. I went in to give it a test drive and it didn't even turn over. He said that I had to remember four or five people had looked at the car today. So I'm guessing if I drive to 3 or 4 different spots in one day I take the chance of it never starting again LOL.. I would think he could come up with a better answer. Don't go there

Amazing service!! I called at 6:12pm, Dave picked up and I asked what time they closed. He said 6pm but he has his calls forwarded, was at Kroger and could meet me back at the dealership in 20 minutes. We originally found the car on Car Gurus at a great price and when we saw it in person it was spotless. We were in and out in 2 hours and couldn’t be happier with the Jeep Patriot purchase. Our daughter is in love. In fact we’re going back today to purchase another car for another daughter! I highly recommend! In the last month we’ve been to over 10 horrible dealerships with packed lots full of junk. I can’t tell you how many cars we taken for a test drive. Dave had a small selection because he won’t take just anything from the auction. Lately there is a shortage of decent used vehicles for sale because of supply chain issues. They are very selective and we were absolutely thrilled with the whole experience!

Very professional and friendly all around. They continued to keep me updated throughout the week, because I couldn’t drive that way til the weekend. Drove 4 and a half hours and they were upfront with me, very honest about every detail of the vehicle. Vehicle was ready and prepared upon arrival and the process was smooth and easy. Highly highly recommend. Thank you again for the great experience and the hospitality throughout the whole process. Will definitely look at their inventory again next time I’m in the market.

Very rude salesman and listed the car incorrectly and proceeded to harass me after I left.
