“It about the only place I buy my gas. Gets upsetting that some people won't follow directions and the gas associates aren't allowed to say anything. I live very close to a gas station that also has very good gas and is very competitive to Sam's Club gas but I still go to Sam's to get gas.”

Faster than inserting your membership card, removing, inserting the debit card, entering the PIN, waiting for approval, removing then selecting grade to start pumping. Trust me, you'll love it.”

“Typical Sam's club with the items they are known to carry. When we visited on 5/29 in the afternoon, the place seemed cleaner than normal. The floors looked great, the mens restroom was in good condition, and the food court seemed cleaner than you'd expect for a mid afternoon visit. I am a regular user of their Scan-n- Go, so I can't opine on the checkout experience via the registers. If you haven't used the Scan-n-Go checkout process, I highly recommend giving it a try. It will save you time and also make it easy to keep a running total on your cart, especially if you're trying to live on a budget. Another pro-tip: If you haven't tried the brownie sundae in the food court, you are missing an excellent dessert. Get the brownie on the side, as once it gets cold from the frozen yogurt, you'll have a tough time cutting it.”

“Very busy. They needed some help watching customer scan their merchandise. I saw a parent having their child scan merchandise. This child must have been 6 years old. This child was using a hand scanner.”
“Replaced all 4 tires on my daughter’s SUV. Had to take time and return to the shop, they installed one tire incorrectly, facing wrong direction. Fixed and highway test for safety. Be sure to come back and have them re-torque the lug nuts after 50 miles. Before they service, ensure your parking brakes are disengaged. They drove the vehicle with the parking brakes still engaged. Now, have to check for possible damages. They do a good job on tires, but human error always in play. So, take the steps to ask the right questions and perform post inspection. Leaders need to do quality checks, good for training personnel. Always room for improvements and prevent complacency.”
“Definitely a once a week walk thru store, found a good deal on patio heater..did not have in stock at the time, left my name and number. Nick called me and left message that had more in stock. Called him back and he held one for me, ran down and grabbed it. Great customer service and the nice lady that checked us out was awesome. Definitely a worthwhile weekly stop”

“We really like this store. They sell a lot of things that we regularly use and the savings are terrific; often twice the size at half the cost. The quality of the meat, dairy and bakery products is very good. The store is very popular and can get crowded. I take that as a good sign that we are getting a good value. We have also gotten very good service from the optical department.”
