Pharmacy is extremely rude and slow. My provider sent a new medicine in yesterday at 8 am. I called today at 10:15 am, it's still not ready. I was told it'll be on the truck at 3 pm and hung up on.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This is the worst pharmacy in ohio. Dropped off prescription and told me they would be ready in an hour. Waited 2 hours and went back, and they were still not ready, then they told me another 20 minute. That took another hour just to find out the lost one of my prescription

Pharmacy service has really gone down in the last year. Always giving excuses why medicine not ready. For example today, I show up at 4:00 pm to pick a prescription up told to come back in one hour. Came back at 5:30 pm and then told to come back later. This place is a hot mess. They need to bring back the old staff.

I’ve called today at 1:25 pm. I asked they said 4 medicines are ready to pick up. I went there at 2:15 pm they told me only medication is ready. I said you just told 4 medications. They told 2 medications put it back but you can stay 20 minutes we make ready. I stay 20 minutes. Now they said only one medication is ready. They don’t have enough one medication so pick up on Monday one medication. Means through out they given me a falls information. I talked to pharmacist he said, why given me falls information. I’m going to change a pharmacy then he said ok. And said do you want or not like rude answers. Thanks

Visited Walgreens at this location for some posters and pictures. The staff in the photo dept was very helpful and patient with me. Although I didn't know exactly what I wanted and my website submitted order failed, they patiently resolved my problem. Thanks Walgreens Photo Dept.

Pharmacy at this location cannot keep up with the orders. The constantly say insurance problem when there is none and insurance says its OK. They also try to bill you for everything without running it through insurance. I have even had them tell me insurance denied it and didn't take any money off until I pushed back.

As a prescriber - this is by far one of the worst Walgreens in the area. They are incredibly rude on the phone (when you can actually get them to answer), most times they will place you on hold without even actually answering the phone. They give incorrect information. They’ll say they haven’t received scripts when the office has receipt confirmation. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Yes we complained to the pharmacist. We are in butler county ohio. No apologies for the tech's rude behavior. I called a week in advance, spoke with the pharmacist on getting my husband medication early ( 2 days ) since we were going out of town on a cruise. No problem they could have it by Monday. We received an e-mail from walgreens per usual to tell us the prescription was ready. I went to the pick up window and the rude tech said you cannot pick this up till March 2nd. I told her could she check again since I had called ahead since we were going out of town and we received an e-mail to stating it was ready. She stated she does not send out the emails that is automated and it is the law I cannot give you this prescription till the March 2nd. I asked why I got the email if it is not ready and she stated again it is against the law to give this to me and she would take me off the email and text messages so this would not happen again. I stated again I was going out of town and she said I cannot give this to you. I could call my doctor so he can call them and get this approved. I asked if it was the doctor or the insurance company that was putting a hold on this and she told me go ahead and you can call both of them, she did not know which one. I asked if they had a Walgreens in Belize, I could pick it up on the second and she said you can look that up, I have never been there before, I don't know. I said well you work for walgreens can't you find out where your locations are and she said no I would have to do that. As I was talking to this rude female tech and male tech was walking buy stating how rude I was?????I know we are scraping the bottom of the bucket for customer service people , but please give these employees in-services on how to answer question without being so rude.

I am not normally the type of person who leaves reviews but I was very disheartened by my experience today. I went to the checkout while purchasing an item and asked if I could get cashback, the worker (Cindy) said that I could and then proceeded to check me out. While she was checking me out, she harshly made a comment about me wanting cash back in an extremely rude manor, sharing her disdain for me "using Walgreens as a bank," I gave her my explanation and she then proceeded to check me out without another word until she handed me the money and expressed more annoyance with me taking the "last" bill that she had. I remained pleasant the whole time but it was just a really upsetting encounter.
