Very poor communications when it comes to their pharmacy team. If you are expecting any kind of proactivity on their part you should go somewhere else. For a new customer this was not a good experience.

Unfortunately I have to rate this place one star :/ a lot of spam calls even after I opted out. Even spoke with someone personally who assured me they would stop interrupting my work day. Then they called me at 7pm with a survey. Sorry Walgreens I don't like leaving negative reviews.

I only know the actual store not the pharmacy, but today I went to get duct tape to fix something with my car and all the employees were great. I couldn't find the duct tape because I've never been here before, but the cashier and another worker were both very polite and helpful. The store was also very clean and well organized, I only missed the duct tape because I was distracted.

Timely, have CLEARLY published pharmacy hours, and they honor them unlike several other large pharmacy providers in our area where you can show up to be told, oh well none came to work today so our pharmacy is closed and your appointment for your shot is cancelled.

Absolute terrible experience at this Walgreens pharmacy. I have been coming to this Walgreens pharmacy since 2017. We have only had two HSA cards on file. I just updated the new one a month ago. I just realized that the lady who updated that card only put it on my wife’s prescription profile. I show up today to get a prescription and there’s no card on my profile so unless my wife has a prescription I can’t get my medication. Luckily my wife had a medication and since I was getting one of hers, then I could get one of mine with the HSA card on her profile. The girl who helped me today is the one who changed in the first place, and was completely rude to me and not understanding. The pharmacist who came and helped me who has been there and I’ve seen her and she’s help me multiple times probably for the last 2 to 3 years said that there’s nothing she could do. We live in the same household we are married have the same last name, but still couldn’t use our HSA card because someone at Walgreens put it on the wrong profile. Will not be coming back to this location and will get it be going out of my way to go to another.

Manger is not knowledgeable and didn’t know to take care customers. I didn’t take my receipt and went to car and find out out I got wrong medicine. I went back within minute to exchange the medicine, but they didn’t have the brand I wanted. So I ask for refund they told me they can’t take return without receipt. I ask them to print me receipt that purchased about couple minutes ago. They told me they can’t re print receipt. In modern days all the stores such as Walmart, Target, 7/11, Kroger they all print receipt month old, if you pay with Credit Card. I paid with my card and they wouldn’t refund me money back my same card. They were giving me in store credit, I don’t want ever to go back to Walgreens ever. Because of their such customer service they loose my business, but one thing they have gained from me is in store credit they gave me, because I am never going shop there again.

The Pharmacy here is spectacular! I had a pretty significant mix-up and they were able to help me through it. The staff was friendly, professional, and prompt. Overall, a fantastic experience!!!!

Pharmacist looked at wrong year so rejected my prescription incorrectly. After over week fighting with them and now 5 days without meds they refuse to fill it saying they don’t have enough. They also refused to do a partial fill even though they have some of it or to allow me pick it up at a different Walgreens. So now got go another 4-5 days without needed meds because they claim that’s soonest they can get more In-Stock

They used to be satisfactory, but they have gone down hill recently. The new person I have had to deal with is pedantic and insulting. I went to get my blood pressure medication filled and she acted as if I asked for heroin. It isn't a narcotic! I shouldn't have to feel ashamed to get a prescription filled. As soon as this pandemic is over, I am switching pharmacies. This is ridiculous.
