I am usually a customer of this gas station, and of its snows, every time I attend I consume 2 banana splits (and I have always asked that the toppings be put on a single banana or they charge me as an extra topping) and I have never complained, and different orders of snow, today, a chubby man who works there served me, and he had already served us before, but today he was angry, and before ordering, he told me that he couldn't give me more topping, because I always order from same, and if I wanted him to charge me for them, I mean I know that because that's why they have a blackboard where it says extra toppings and the cost, but today he was very rude and I didn't even finish buying my snows, terrible service, I'll be sad I have to change business to one a little more remote, I only ask to be treated well

The man behind the ice cream bar seemed like he hated his life. It was a big guy with orange hair and a beard. I ordered two giant shakes. The strawberry one was a pretty watery, which wasn’t a huge issue — just asked him to try and thicken it up if he could. The other was a chocolate peanut butter, and typically I can’t taste the peanut butter so I always check my own shake. Upon opening my shake, it wasn’t even filled all the way; it was missing like 2 inches worth of product. I asked him if he could add more chocolate milk & ice cream that it had enough peanut butter, and he added the milk and said “is that good enough for you.” Seemed like he had an attitude when we asked for them to be “fixed” with his tone of voice, body language, and it seemed like he was slamming stuff a little (attitude). Usually don’t leave reviews, but the attitude was unnecessary as I wasn’t rude.

We really enjoyed this place. We had a shake and cone. Both were good. Service was great. I would definitely recommend this place.

Some workers are pretty friendly and it's a pleasant pit stop to run in. However, some are not and seem like they don't want to be there or are inconvenienced by customers being present. Today was the worst yet for me - big guy working the counter didn't say anything, scanned my item, pushed a couple buttons, then said "you waitin' on me??" as if I was supposed to assume the transaction was complete and walk away without him saying a single word... like 'hello', 'would you like a receipt', 'thank you', 'have a good one', anything at all... seemed to interact in a normal way with the guy before me but then only smug and rude with me. He proceeded to be rude when I was surprised by his snappy rude question. Awful attitude, insensitive, put a quick end to my happy mood (snack stops should be happy!)

One of the older women workers gave me a dirty look when I asked a simple question. Michelle (I think her name was) was helpful and sweet. The place was a little dirty though.

They give way smaller scoops than other UDF's. Also need to properly train employees on sanitation, hand washing and wearing gloves when handling ice cream. Watched one of the workers handle money then go over and make ice cream no gloves and didn't wash her hands. The young lady that made my ice cream handled it with no gloves, dropped one of my scoops on the other lids of the other flavors of ice cream and then used her ungloved hands to pick it up ?♀️ and no she had not washed her hands either. That is super nasty and very unsanitary. Germs are everywhere and that is why gloves are supposed to be supplied when handling ice cream smh. Needless to say I threw my ice cream away and won't be coming here anymore for it.

Great local stop. Had great selection of energy drinks, candy bars, hot dogs and other snacks to fill a quick craving. New soft pretzels are really good! ballpark style with a side of nacho cheese is perfect!

They have new employees that managers had just thrown on to the floor and did not train them at all, so service is much slower than usual. These new employees are great but the managers who should have been training them, not so much.

Hannah is the best store manager this store has ever had. She greets me (woman of color) every time I come in (other managers wouldn't say nothing but greet other ppl).
She always has my favorite coffee (Java) ready for me at 615a. She's patient, the small take always starts my day off with a laugh & always end the convo with...have a nice & safe day.
I stop going to the store on Seward & tylerville rds (closer to work) because Hannah's customer service & personality is way better.
The store is clean & don't smell like old mop water. Always have what I want when I want it. And she doesn't complain when I fill up my 84oz jug with ice (she knows that I work in a warehouse w/o any a/c).
We need more ppl like Hannah!!!

This place ain’t what it used to be. Food and drinks have gone up and it’s no longer open late I remember it used to be 24 hours then it was 5 am to 1 am. I drive by there and it’s always closed before 10 pm sometimes 8 pm at times. And they claim it’s because nobody wants to work.

The maps site says open 24 hours so I drove all the way over here to discover they are closed at 1:30 in the morning. Where's a guy supposed to get milk at 1:30 when his baby wants some?
