We made an appointment for my twins 16th birthday. They were the only place I called that was very accommodating and would let them sit together with a friend while they got their nails done. Each had nail art and the results were beyond our expectations! They have some very talented people working there. We will be back!

I have to admit: I usually go to Q NAILS in Fairfield and NK NAILS in Finneytown. THOSE PLACES are good-- great service, great value. I made a mistake today. I am regretting it. My fiance told me to go to QNAILS, but I was stubborn. I drove down the street.I told the tech that my feet were one month overdue for my regular pedicure, and she handed me a menu of options. Of course, I didn't want the "EXPRESS" pedicure, so I selected the 48 dollar pedicure that had EXTRA CALLOUS REMOVAL.Math isn't mathing. My total bill was 80 dollars. I always tip 20%, but somehow they slipped in extra charges. I can only blame myself, and I will NEVER go back there again.My feet are still rough.

My 1st time trying Unique Nails & I'm super impressed. Kim did a fabulous job on my nails. Perfect all the way around. THE best experience I've had in this area. I will be back! ?????

I had a good experience, but my nieces nail was done poorly, three people had done our nails, l have been going for yrs off and on, l should of requested one lady who l never had problems with all the yrs l had been going there instead of the man who done nieces nails horrible Job, did not go back far enough so she can come in sooner so they can make more money for sooner refills after l paid 187 dollars and l Gave 3 people 8 dollars Tip cash and her diamonds fell off the next day, my diamonds are still on and it's been 2 wks since l had my nails done do not let the man Charlie there, my opinion do your or anyone else's nails she did offer to put the diamonds back on for free, but that was all, and my niece was too upset and mad because the man Charlie yelled at me over the phone and this is not good business for some properly nail salon who does not want to make everything right.

Love this place so much! The owner and staff are so kind! I have had everything from nails, facials, waxes, eyebrows, and eyelashes completed here and every-time the experience is amazing. I highly recommend this salon to everyone! Please go visit them!Services: Foot massages

4 hours after my pedicure, my nails weren't dry. Upgraded the pedicure but nail tech skipped steps. They sure didn't forget to upcharge though! Had to wait around 20 min, even though I had a prescheduled appointment.

NEVER GO HERE!!!! RUDE/ UNPROFESSIONAL// someone close to me made an appointment for today, November 5 2023, and once they got there, they were ignored, overlooked, and never waited on. costumers all around them were being helped and taken care of while they had to stand in horror as everyone, including the staff, simply ignored them. this should never happen anywhere. we have had this problem at a couple different locations in the hamilton area; however, the situation here was outright unacceptable and mean.

My first time here.. I'mnew to this area and was a little hesitant to book my appointment due to some reviews I read but thought I'd give them a try and see for myself. I didn't feel like I got what I paid for.It took over 2 hours to get acrylic nails. They were different sizes, and they are shaped differently (had her fix them, still didn't get it right. I hate to complain and when I did mention something and didn't end up liking one color I chose she gave me an attitude! She painted ONE nail and I just wasn't feeling the color on me...so, I asked for a darker shade, and she told me...I was okay with the color she brought to me. I should be able to change my mind after seeing it on ONE nail.Also, She didn't have any conversation in the entire 2 hours sitting across from me... nothing besides the few questions I had. I hate to complain about someones work bc I don't want to hurt their feelings so I said one thing about the shapes and sizes not matching up..she did her best, so I did not want to sit there any longer so I just went with it. I figured it was the best I was going to get and was going to just be happy with it. Then got home and when taking pictures I noticed how lumpy they were! It hasn't even been 24 hours and my thumb nail is already chipped! I noticed when she was using the white, it was very sticky..not sure if it's old, and maybe that's why it's already coming off...?? I wish I could upload pictures I don't see an option on here to do that.I decided to give them another chance. Glad I did. I had Kim this time.. she was amazing, friendly and gave me exactly what I wanted! I will go back, but only allow her to take care of my nails. She's great! They now get 4 stars..I'd give a 5 but still not Happy about my first experience.Service: Acrylic nails

This is truly a one-stop pampering place. I got my hair done and my nails done all in one day. They do an awesome job doing whatever you want for your nails! Adrianna does an incredible job on my hair. Love this place and I will continue going back!

I had the worse experience. After going in circles trying to prove I did have an appointment- It was finally my turn after waiting 30 minutes past my schedule appt time. I paid almost $200 dollars for a manicure and pedicure( my bill was supposed to be 110. The pedicure was awful and the lady pushed so deep into my leg that I have finger print and painful bruising all down my leg. The pain was just awful and she continued to use the same pressure even after I said something. The polish looks just awful, uneven and bubbly. I proceeded to get my nails done by another manicurist. He mis-shaped my nails and during the entire time I was there he did not say one word to me. He never even looked up at me- I felt very uncomfortable to say the least. I never ever treat myself and for me to set aside time to do this was rare, I am so disappointed and do not recommend this place- It use to be a lovely place to go. I was in desperate need for some "me time" and this was the absolute worst experience. I wish I would of said something while I was there but I was embarrassed and felt like I wanted to cry.

This isn't Yvonne, husband. I'm sorry that job she did on my wife with her hair was just plain awful. My wife gets tears everytime she looks in the mirror!! Paid this woman twice .I think I'm going on ahead with the baby. my opinion she don't know what the hell she is doing. Thanks. Disgusted with unique hair and nail business.

I went here to get my nails done it was $68.00 I had my nails done for 1 week my nails started cracking and lifting from the top! I told the guy what was going on and he said to me oh your nails are growing to fast!! Really???? I have NEVER had a problem like this. I won't be back, there is so much competition out here with salons you would think they would get it right. Service was horrible, they also sell clothes and cheap jewelry and hair supplies and lotions it's a weird set up, way to much going on.

My daughter suggested I try to this salon to get my nails done, as she had a great experience there. She was right! Charlie did a great job shaping and painting my toenails and fingernails. He worked very hard to shape my nails to perfection and the dip powder is beautiful. A great experience and nice salon.Services: Polish removal
