When in on a Saturday afternoon no person greeted me, was there for about a half hour just standing in their lobby until another customer walked in grabbed a power bank and demanded to pay for it right away.They pulled her ahead and run her out right away. which is fine I get it instant process, wanted done right away, no big deal.But this allowed the worker to get done and then ask another lady who goes I was next and then the gentleman, myself, after me and we've been waiting here for a long timeFinally get a worker to talk to me. went into a T-Mobile and was told my s21 was worth $1,000 on my trade-in and I didn't have the time to do it but they said that no hurry nothing was going to change anytime soonWhile the worker struggles to figure out it all how to use his own touchpadGoes to get a managerWhile I'm waiting a different worker is joking with a customer that I can't believe that lady said that, "you think if she needed help she would have said something to someone"I am sorry,when is that the customers responsibility to tell a worker that they're in their building that they need help?There is no touch screen to check in on, there was no employee asking people to get checked in on for numbers, maybe the old-fashioned ticker tape take next number might be up this workers ability to handle situations.20 minutes later tells me it's because of my plan that my phone is only worth $200 and if I pay an additional $40 a month my phone would be worth moreI've been a loyal customer to Sprint and I guess now T-Mobile for years have never had a scenario like this beforeIf you need help maybe go to a different location 1 out of 4 stars. Unprofessional! If your establishment opens at 10 AM, you should be open and ready BEFORE 10. Not asking, is it OK if you come back in 15 to 20 minutes because the store is not ready to open yet? That’s tacky. Get to work early because that’s not my problem. I have places to be ON TIME.

We went in to this T-Mobile and ended up upgrading and trading in our iPhone. This was all a new process and the manager Michelle made it a seamless experience. She was very knowledgeable and patient and went through all our options with us and even contacted T-Mobile on our behalf to ensure that our eligible promotions would be added to our lines. We walked out with a new phone, 2 new watches and earbuds for a great price and with an excellent customer experience! Thank you Michelle!

I just came to this location in hopes to get my mom a new phone for mother's day as she currently has an iphone 6s from 2016. We were previously told that she qualified to trade in her phone for a $200 iphone 13 since she brought her phone on to the service, (I got the same offer as I did the same and successfully got it I should add) and one of the workers (Chris) completely denied the deal's existence and said that her phone was worth nothing. He wouldn't even check the account in order to check! Will definitely not be coming back. Check your employment skills.

BUY ONLINE! They set me up as a business account which didn't allow for the promotional free phone. Spent 2 hours on the phone trying to fix it.

Very kind and helpful employees! Former t mobile employee here, and I personally love my pixel 7 on TMobile. It is the bomb. And it is the most user friendly phone on the market, in my opinion :D love the vibe in the T-Mobile store.

If I could leave 0 stars I would I went in trying to get a phone and keep financing my other ones instead they were trying to charge me 500 plus to get a new phone then they told me I can replace my phone at Apple the Greene store for 100 dollars and said I didn't need an appointment so I drove 40 mins from that location to the Apple store just for them to tell me I need an appointment then I went to a T-Mobile in that same shopping mall I had no hassle getting the phone I wanted (iPhone 12) and a Apple Watch for under 200 so I recommend going to any other t mobile location cause they obviously didn't know what they were doing horrible experience all together would never recommend anyone going even spoke to the manager to let him he didn't care at all so talk about horrible customer service

Ethan Caudill was absolutely awesome to work with! I have had SO many calls with T-Mobile customer service and even directed to a different store where I was told "We can't do that in store. They can only do that over the phone." It was move my # from a shared personal account to a previous business account. Needless to say, after literally HOURS of talking to multiple T-Mobile customer service personal and business reps plus a manager or two, Ethan was the solution. So much gratitude for his time and patience with the online teams as well. I highly recommend driving to this store with any questions or mobile needs and talking with Ethan. He'll get it done for you.
